 A heritage month dedicated to the indigenous  food preparation in Ghana and Africa, is not only a celebration of cultural identity but also a means to promote our local herbs & spices,  lifestyles, support local agriculture, and foster community engagement. It will contribute to the overall well-being of the population while preserving and showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the country.
